How do I sign up?

Go to and register by using your email address. In order to sign up you will need to provide some basic information about yourself. There is no fee!

Can I change my personal information after registering?

No, you will need to contact our customer support to change your personal details in your account. However, you can change your account password without calling us.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No, each customer can only create one Kabayan Remit account. Your accounts will be blocked if you create multiple accounts. Please let us know if you have mistakenly created more than one account and advise which one you prefer to retain. Please see our contact details here.

My account is blocked. What happened?

This instance can happen for different reasons. Please contact our customer support to assist you further. Our contact details can be found here.

Why did I not get a verification e-mail?

If you have not received your verification email, please do the following:
1. Check your spam and trash folders as the email might have been filtered.
2. Add to your contact list.
3. Make sure that the email that you have entered when you registered to Kabayan Remit is valid and correct.

How do I send/upload my documents?

Normally, you do not have to upload or send us your physical documents as Kabayan Remit uses online verification. However, we have the right to ask for your supporting documents in case online verification will not suffice. We will inform you if there is a need for it and you can normally upload the supporting documents through your Kabayan Remit account.

How soon will my payment be processed once I have uploaded my documents?

Generally, it takes about 24 hours for your uploaded documents to be reviewed and either accepted or rejected. Once your documents have been accepted, your transaction is reviewed before proceeding. You will be notified via email whether your documents have been accepted or rejected, as well as once your transaction has been processed.

How can I edit existing beneficiary profiles?

You can edit your beneficiaries’ details by going to the Beneficiary section of your Kabayan Remit’s account. Once you are in this section, you will be given an option to edit their details.
